Returns

To request a return please contact us at one@bielo.co and provide your order number as well /Reference code of the items you would like to return. You can find the Reference code on your receipt. Please include your receipt or invoice and make sure the clothes are properly sealed, in the same condition you received them and with all labels still attached.

Due to safety reasons, masks cannot be exchanged and returned.

You can return your products shipping the package to: BIELO - Barri Piscina, 5. 08779 La Llacuna, Barcelona, Spain. Once we receive it and after examining it, and confirming the clothes are in perfect conditions, we will proceed to the refund as you have requested. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We strongly recommend asking for proof of delivery (signature and name). BIELO will not be responsible for returns that are lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

The shipping is your responsibility until we receive the package. We recommend you that use a shipping service that assure you the value of the commodity.

The commodity only will be accept for return if they are shipping in the 14 days after the delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges on bielo.cat. Should you be interested in a different color or size, please return your item(s) following the above instructions and place a separate order for the new piece.

Delivery

BIELO uses different transport and urgent logistics companies of recognized national and international prestige to send your orders.

The delivery date of your order to the delivery address you indicate will depend on the shipping area, as well as the chosen delivery method. In any case, before confirming your order, you will be informed about the transport times depending on the chosen mode and destination.

Keep in mind that there are extraordinary circumstances that may affect the delivery date.

If delivery on time has not been possible for reasons attributable to the customer (for example, for having indicated the delivery address incorrectly), shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Keep in mind, in any case, that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment in which you or a third indicated by you acquires the material possession of the products, which is accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
